| Biography |
Jane Yule works half-time as the Senior Communications Manager for Onemda VicHealth Koori Health Unit. Jane's role is to oversee the production of all publications and promotional material put out by Onemda, and to provide general advice for staff and students on writing, editing and publishing options. She is also responsible for coordinating many of our knowledge transfer activities, particularly the dissemination of our research to Indigenous people, policy-makers, the research community and others interested in our work.
Jane, who also holds a (0.5) position as the Publications Manager at the CRC for Aboriginal Health, of which The University of Melbourne is a partner organisation, has a BA and a MA in History, as well as qualifications in Recreation and in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. She has worked for many years as an academic editor for Monash, Deakin and Melbourne universities, as well as for various publishing houses. She is also an experienced interviewer and historical researcher who specialises in oral history.
