| Biography |
Margo Collins is the Program Manager for the Leaders in Indigenous Medical Education (LIME) Network. She works with the other members of the LIME Team to plan, implement and evaluate strategies to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning of Indigenous health in medical education and curricula.
Margo previously worked in the Medical Education Unit, Melbourne Medical School, as a Project Officer (Clinical Assessment). In this role she was responsible for co-ordinating the Simulated Patient Program, which included an Indigenous Simulated Patient Program. This program was designed to teach and assess the communication skills of medical students. Margo also worked on the development and implementation of the Multi Mini Interview, which is now a component of the selection process for all prospective medical students at the University of Melbourne.
Margo holds a BA (Melb), Grad Dip (Counselling) and is currently undertaking her Masters in Applied Social Sciences.
