| Biography |
Nicole works for the Onemda VicHealth Koori Health Unit, Centre for Health and Society as the Community Engagement & Knowledge Exchange Officer. Her current role involves work on projects evaluating community programs and work in the area of knowledge exchange, working on websites, publications and communication tools.
Nicole is currently finishing a Bachelor of Arts - Indigenous Studies and Community Development at Victoria University and is currently a board member of the South East Indigenous Media Association/3KND.
Nicoles families are from the Mirrawong Gajerrong in the Kimberley region of Western Australia and the Arabana in South Australia.
In 2007 Nicole won Student of the Year - Koorie and at the Victorian Training awards and the Northern Melbourne Metropolitan TAFE (NMIT). She was also a nominee for the Australian Training awards in the Outstanding Student of the Year—Koorie category.
