| Biography |
Hannah Walker is a research officer in the Ethics in Human Research Practice Program. She has worked as a social researcher for many years and has experience in a number of disciplines including sociology, education, and public health. She is currently working with Marilys Guillemin, Lynn Gillam, Doreen Rosenthal and Paul Stewart on an ARC Discovery Project looking at the role of trust in human research practice.
Hannah joins CHS after working as the project manager for the ‘Keeping Connected’ project in the Melbourne Graduate School of Education (a 3 year ARC Linkage project in collaboration with the Royal Children’s Hospital Education Institute). The project investigated the educational and social experiences of young people whose lives are disrupted by an ongoing health condition. (http://www.education.unimelb.edu.au/keepingconnected/)
