School of Population Health Humand Ethics Advisory Group
2012 Meeting Dates & Committee Members
Applications for ethics approval need to be submitted to the School of Population Heath Human Ethics Advisory Group (SPH-HEAG) for review in hard copy, in addition to being submitted in Themis.

SPH-HEAG meets on a regular basis. Meeting dates and submission deadlines are listed below (meetings and deadlines fall on a Friday unless stated otherwise below). Hard copies of applications must be submitted to the SPH-HEAG Administrator by 5:00pm on the day of the deadline to ensure review at the next SPH-HEAG meeting.

Occasionally (based on the subject matter) the application may be approved by another of the HESC's.
